RETURNS POLICY

We will offer a refund or exchange on unsuitable pieces ordered. They must be returned to us in perfect condition, and wrapped protectively, by recorded delivery within 7 days. Please include the original packaging. We must however be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of the item for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be minus postage costs and we have a further 10% admin charge to cover our purchasing fees. If the item is not returned within the 7 day period then we will not be able to offer you a refund. You will be offered an exchange instead. Money will be credited to you when we receive the item and we are happy with the condition.
Our refund and exchange policy only applies to items bought from the website as they appear. Any bespoke items (including items made in a different colourway) cannot be refunded or exchanged. This is compliant with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Act 2000 which clearly states that made to order items are non-refundable. Therefore please choose your colours carefully. We offer sample beads so you can choose the exact colour. Earrings are always non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If any items are found to be damaged on receipt, a full refund or an exchange will be offered. All we ask is that you contact us within 48 hours to let us know. If these damaged items are not declared within the 48 hours then we can only repair or replace the item like for like. Please check your items as soon as you receive them.

Refunds will not be given after your wedding date for obvious reasons. 

In the unlikely case that you need a repair - in most cases repairs will be free of charge for up to six months from date of purchase, after which time a charge may apply. Tarnishing of silver plated materials can occur slowly over time due to naturally found gases in the air. We cannnot take any responsibility for this. To keep items at their best before your big day, try to avoid over handling them and keep the item boxed in tissue paper and away from any moisture. Avoid spraying hairspray and perfume near them. If, for any reason, you would like your tiara remade using the same components please contact us for a quote. We are also happy to do this for tiaras you may have purchased from other designers.

All prices are valid at time of order placement. We reserve the right to amend these prices at any time. Discount codes can only be used one at a time and products that have already been discounted will not incur any extra discounts.

Payment must be made in full at time of ordering. Payment can be made by cheque. Goods will be despatched once funds have cleared.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Most of the items we sell are handcrafted by ourselves to the highest of standards. Due to this we aim to get our products posted out to you within 4 weeks ~ sooner if we possibly can! When you first place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to check all the details of your order are correct. You must check these details within 48 hours as any mistakes after this time cannot be rectified. You will then receive a further email from us to let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery is made by Royal Mail and all items will be sent by recorded delivery, so a signiture will be required upon receipt. All items will have proof of postage. If you are unable to sign for your package items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days after which time it will be returned to us. If a package has been returned to us because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control, though we will of course do everything in our power to get your wedding tiara to you in time!

Orders taken within a certain distance from us will be hand delivered to ensure a personal service!

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are always welcome. Either email or phone us to book an appointment. You can then try on many of our sample designs to find your perfect tiara, or design one with us. Please do not turn up unannounced as we want to be able to give each client our full attention.

WEBSITE DESCRIPTION

As everything is handcrafted, no two items are exactly the same so the item you order from us will NOT be identical to the photo you see online. It will be as near a copy as possible.
We have taken great care in ensuring all descriptions and prices are correct. All sizes are approximate. Please call us if you need any further information or photographs emailed to you. References made to gold, silver, pearl, crystal etc. normally relate to colour and not the actual material of which our products are made, unless otherwise stated.
